I found this on a blind search and was curious about the mother of the deceased, Ida Mae Crowell Howell. Ida was the name of one of my GGF Crowell Howell's daughters. She was b. in Ark in the late 1800s. The fact that her name was Ida, and her middle name is the same as mine, the added Crowell Howell gives me strong reason to think she was the G-Aunt, sister to my Grandfather Roscoe Wallace Howell, b. 1892 in Franklin Co ARK to Crowell Howell and Adeline Brooks. Adeline Brooks Howell was not her mother, I believe that Dorsey Jarusha Payne was. Unusual that someone that age would list not only her mother's maiden name but that the mother would have four names a Ida Mae Crowell Howell apparently did. Does anyone know this line?
