Jordan Exum Howell.....Hmmm! Could they perhaps be connected to the Jordans up there in Perquimans County? They're some of my wife's ancestors. He is descended from the Copelands, Speights, Winslows, Jordans, Chappells, etc....up there in Chowan, Gates, and Perquimans Counties.
