I am stuck in Hardin Co, KY. Mary Howell married Henry Sipes in Hardin Co, KY on 2 Dec 1826. Her probable father James Howell gave his permission for the marriage. Mary was born 3 Jul 1799 KY and died on 12 Sep 1872 in Brown Co, IN. The Sipes were in Hardin Co till about 1830 when then came to Lawrence Co, IN. They bought land in Monroe Co which was put into Brown Co when it was formed. I have never found enough information on the Hardin Co Howells to figure out where James and Mary fit in. Can you help? I would certainly appreciate any information or suggestiosn that you might be able to provide. Thanks.
