I am looking for the name of the husband of Isabell Jernigan whose last name is HOWELL. Isabell is the daughter of the David JERNIGAN who died in Wayne Co., NC in 1783. David Jernigan's wife was Alice. In his will he mentions his daughter Isabell HOWELL. Does anyone happen to know which HOWELL Isabell Jernigan married?
