I am looking for the parents of Joshua HOWELL born about 1814 in OH. In 1834 he married Matilda HAMILTON in Delaware Co., IN. Matilda is buried in Mercer Co., MO. I do not know where Joshua is buried. They had three children that I know about: Abagail b. 1838 Clay Co., IN, m. Elias MELTON 1855, d. 1912 Mercer Co., MO; Archibald b. 1838 Clay Co., IN; and Thomas b. 1848 MO. All help in finding the names of my ancestors will be appreciated. I am the 3g-grandson of Joshua & Matilda.
