Looking for Robert HOWELL born 3/7/1788 VA. He was in McMinn County, TN by 1825ish? but need help locating him previous to that. He was married in Powhatan Co., VA 7/6/1813 but we have no records of him from that time until TN. He could have been in VA, GA, TN, NC, SC Any help would be appreciated.
