Greg - I show a Richard Howell b abt 1629 Eng, d aft 1698 Suffolk Co, LI, NY. He married 1) Elizabeth Halsey and had 13 children and 2) (Daughter) Raynor. Of his 13 children one was David b 1657 (I don't show a spouse or children) and one was Richard b 1659 who m Sarah (7 children).
