He was born 15 Nov 1784, ,Tennessee. Died 13 April 1836 Danville, Vermillon (ion?) Illinois. He married Jane COPELAND in 1804. Thier son James HOWELL who was born 15 Oct 1828 Danville, IL. Died 1 Jun 1906 Woodruff, Oneida, ID. Married Rosannah MONK 29 Jan 1857 Franklin, Decatur, IA. >From there he has: John Cromwell HOWELL b. 7 Mar 1874. md. Margaret Rebecca JOHN. John Wilbur HOWELL b. 30 Dec 1903. md. Bertha Bell BAIRD. John Wayne HOWELL b. 27 May 1933. md. (2nd) Evelena PRICE. Michael Wade HOWELL b. 17 May 1961. md. Jeanna Louise NIELSEN.
