I am looking for a William Howell who married a Delaware Indian probably after 1870. He was (according to family) an English sea captain. They also probably resided in Blackfoot (now Dagsboro) Delaware. They had at least one son Harry Ellis Howell who worked for "the railroad" and married Ellie Compton. They lived in a railroad house on the line through Elkton, MD. She (again according to family) lived to be 102 and was taken for an airplane ride for her 100th birthday by the then govenor of Delaware. I am currently caring for my terminally-ill father-in-law so can't get to libraries or Archives etc to check this man (and his wife!) out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
