Hi, I'm looking for information on WALTER HOWE who was born abt 1860 and I'm guessing that this birth took place in Richmond, Madison, KY WALTER was married to LOULA HOWARD. They had a son ( my grandfather) named HENRY Lee HOWE who was born 7 Mar 1900 in Richmond, Madison, KY and died 27 Jun 1981 in Oxford, Butler, OH.
