I'm looking for information on the family Howe, Charles married to Julia Low They adopted on child, a girl I think, and then had one daughter (perhaps other children as well). The Daughter was: Vera Belle Howe, born March 21, 1904, Place of Birth Nemeha, Sac County Iowa. If anyone has any information on this family it would really be appreciated.
