I am looking for siblings and parents of Herschel Howe who married Anna Clara Meissen in Los Angeles, Ca abt 1905......I know Herschel had one brother that had two children, a boy and girl....the boy was blind. Herschel and Anna had two children, a girl, Jessie Mary Howe, born 1906 and a boy, Clifford David Howe, born 1808..... Herschels middle name was also David....thanks Machelle
