(2nd) Kendall ....... 2 Amos Howe Abt 1878 - My HOWE LINE is from Greenup Kentucky and then they ended up in Delaware County in Muncie Indiana, My great grandma Bernice (Howe) Taylor died last year at age 92. She was the last living of her immediate family. Eveline and John were married in Greenup Ky. on May 16, 1864. Eveline's parents were either born in Ky. or possibley Ohio, John's parents were born in Ky. I also believe it's possible that these families had ties to Portsmouth Ohio ???? My great grandmother Bernice's parents George and Lavina (Smith) Howe were divorced and Lavina left all the kids with him when my great grandmother was about 3yrs old. Lavina was the daughter of Charles Smith and Mary Timberlake who were also from Greenup Ky.
