Dorothy Howes married Thomas Butler about 1640 in Massachusetts. They had Daniel, Prudence (m. Robert Harper), Obediah, Patience and Dorothy (b. 1649) who married Hannaniah Gaunt. Can anyone help me determine who the parents of Dorothy Howe were? Could her mother be Sarah Howe, stepdaughter of Gov. Thomas Prence? Thanks for any help. Judy Russell judyr@franklin.uga.edu
