The problem is there is no proof that this John Pentecost existed. We do have proof of George and Elias Pentecost in Dinwiddie Co. Also the son of Elias, Littleberry born 1723. Also Anthony born about 1726, residing in Prince George Co., Va. Don't know who fathered him. Those are the only factual Pentecosts existing in the U.S. at that time.
