Hi there. I've just discovered this list and hope you will be able to help me. My husband's grandmother Florence May House married Arthur Cunliffe Wyndham-Elliot(t) in England in about 1911 or 1912. Possibly in London. Arthur may have been a broker. We haven't been able to find any information about Flora or her family, other than her father was Geeorge Frederick House, who may have been a hotel keeper. We have a photograph (?early 1900s?) of an adult woman, three young men and Flora. There's a strong resemblance to my husband in all of them, so we are assuming they are Flora's mother and brothers. Names unknown, except mother may have been Jane Smith. My husband's mother talks about growing up in Peterborough, Kings Lynn and Heacham, before she and her mother and step-father (Flora's second husband) came to Australia in the early 1920s. It would be wonderful if someone on the list can throw any light on the House family for me.
