Hi Kathy, A branch of my family of HOUSE married into the TUCKER family, but I don't recognize any of your Houses. Mine goes like this: "Col." Edward Mandell HOUSE (President Woodrow Wilson's political advisor) was born in Houston, TX on 26 Jul. 1858. He married Loulie HUNTER and they had two daughters: Mona HOUSE (b. 1882) and Janet HOUSE (b. 1887). Mona married Randolph F. TUCKER and they lived in Wendham, MA. Janet married Gordon AUCHINCLOSS and they lived in Long Island, NY. Gordon Auchincloss was a relative of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy's stepfather, Hugh Auchincloss. I would like to fill in some blanks where these lines are concerned. Do you think your Tucker could be related? Were yours in the Boston area at all? I don't know anything about these Tuckers. I guess it's just coincidence that your line is also HOUSE and TUCKER. Col. Edward House was a brother of my g-grandmother Mary Elizabeth HOUSE. If anyone knows about these families, I'd love to hear from you.
