Does anyone know the ancestry of Edward Mandell House, the advisor to Woodrow Wilson, and one of the most influential men of the 20th Century? I have searched the web and not found that any of the HOUSE lines claims him. He said that his family was supposed to have been from Holland, but we all know that family anecdote can be pretty undependable. I'm just curious, and would appreciate a link to some information, if anyone can assist. Jim Patrick
