All my life I have heard my grandfather, Francis Nelson House, who was a ggg grandson of Andrew House, talk of a story about the family losing a large parcel of land around Frederick MD after it was leased out for 99 years. Your letter is the first document I have read that gives details. I assume you have the letter and the recipent, Lester Granger, was an ancestor of yours. I would love to have a copy of it if you wouldn't mind. Have you looked into finding a list of the attendees at the 1899 meeting in Williamstown, KY?
