We think our William Baxter House was born around 1819 +/- one year. We picked this date up based on the census data from the 1850 census. Our William B. House was in Green Township in Clinton County Ohio in 1850. Some census reports indicate a birthplace of VT (or possibly VA based on handwriting), but I've never come up with anything from my searches of VT data.
