Sion House is the son of Brinkley House, b. Wake Co, NC, ca. 1772. There are guardianship papers in Oglethorpe Co, GA, in which a (James? - I will have to dig for the papers) Hartsfield is appointed guardian to Sion and Thomas, sons of Brinkley House. The Hartsfields were also from Wake Co, and they are another of my lines. I don't know Brinkley's wife's name. Brinkley is believed to be the son of Thomas House and Susannah Carroll. Brinkley appears in Wake Co records as a carpenter. Sion's name sometimes appears misspelled as Seabon/Seaborn. Sion md Nancy Tate/Tait and they moved to Panola Co, TX. Nancy is the daughter of Robert Tait. I think the Taits were also from Wake Co. Phyllis
