Well I have *most* of the work I am able to do on my small data base complete by now, and so I am going to start posting it in bits (I think this is the most accessible format; LMK if anyone disagrees) Again, this data base is centering on the three sons of Christian and Maria Becker HOUSE, found in NYS from about 1710-1800. Here is the overview -- I'm going to do each of the three sons in separate e-mails: 1. CHRISTIAN HOUSE or HAUS: married (1) (Unknown -- who died at sea; she died in 1710 in the journey from Germany via England to USA (6 children of this union also landed on the NY shores -- namely Margaret b. 1686; Reinhard, b.abt. 1692; Johannes b. abt. 1698; Peter, b. abt. 1700; George, b. abt. 1702; Elisabeth b. 1708 (I know very little about any on these lines; I think Reinhard's line never left the Ulster County area and may have gone to PA; in the 4th e-mail I will include the little I know on these lines). CHRISTIAN HOUSE or HAUS married (2) MARIA CATHERINE ("THE WIDOW BECKER") on 27 Sep 1710 in West Camp Lutheran Church, West Camp, Ulster Co., NY. Children of CHRISTIAN HAUS/HOUSE and MARIA BECKER are: 4. vii. CONRAD HOUSE, b. abt. 1712. 5. viii. HERMANUS HOUSE, b. abt. 1716, Montgomery Co., NY. 6. ix.
