Well, I keep seeing this message about all the problems. I have cable modem and when I go through direct to Ancestry.com with internet explorer it is fine and fast. When I use my AOL(still through cable modem) I more often than not get the slow response and blank screen. I feel this is a AOL problem. They deny it, but 6.0 added a lot of garbage it does not need. I have had problems with AOL since upgraded (on two computers). I wish I could go back to 4 or 5.0. AOL tech support is not very up to date either. As for Ancestry, I just wish they would quit giving away free databases. I have paid for services I cannot get because so many on the free service, especially nights, weekends and around Christmas was a real pain!. Well I have given my two bits. Now lets get back to genealogy.
