I have had problems with very slow or 'unavailable pages' when trying to use ancestry.com. They tell me that it is AOL and not their website. We have AOL 6.0 but have always had problems with slow response at ancestry.com, even going through another search engine. Lately, I have gotten a 'DONE' with a blank page or 'no hits' when I have gotten a family name to come up before. Phyllis Mistrot
