Surnames: House, Stroud, Williams, Hull Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/SFk.2ACIB/1409 Message Board Post: Looking for information on William T. House and his son Winfred Henry House who was married to Ollie Stroud House. Winfred and Ollie's son was Lorice "Lois" Benton House who was married to Mary Katherine Williams House (Mary later married William Peter "Buck" Cartwright). They had Kenneth Benton House who married Gertrude Hull House. All the information I have found on them is in Arkansas, but in the 1930 AR Census it shows William T. living in the house with his son Winfred as widower, age 75, and it shows William T. parents being born in Tennessee. This 1930 Census for Arkansas, Monroe CO, Hindman TWP, shows Winfred to be 30, Ollie 26, Lois/Lorice 11, and shows 2 daughter Jewell age 11 and Evalene age 8. This census also lists Lorice as Lois and a female. But Lorice was a male. Per the SS Index Lorice died 6-6-1988 in Toledo, Lewis CO, WA and born 8-29-1918. Kenneth was born 12-4-1937 and died 8-1-1991 in Watson, Desha CO, AR (SS Index shows born Nov but per family he was born in Dec). If anybody has any information regarding this family please email me at lsmgen1957@yahoo.com Linda Miller
