Listers, So far, I haven't heard back from the person who contacted me. My Haughton/Houghton came from the Oldham area of Lancashire and emigrated to Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania, USA in 1869. My gggrandfather who emigrated had the first name of Banks which is rather uncommon so I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has Banks as a first name along with Haughton or Houghton for a surname.
