Charlie, The files were on my hard drive on the computer which had massive problems and seem to be resolved, which are the ones originally sent you years ago, They were gleaned from Ancestry in a time which it could be done. In later times Ancestry perverted the process with their all inclusive practices which did not lend to a similar process as before, yes they were complained to, to no avail.
