Hello, My name is Tony Arnold and I just joined the list. I have hit somewhat of a dead end in my research. My g-grandfather was Joseph Lee HOUGHTON, b. 7 Jun 1897 in Stewart County, GA. His parents were Joseph Franklin HOUGHTON (b. 8 Jan 1862, d. 24 Nov 1935) and Lizzie MCMICKLE (b. 8 Oct 1868, d. 17 Jan 1910). Both of J.Lee's parents were also born in Stewart County, GA. I cannot find any more information on Joseph Franklin HOUGHTON, his parents or if there were any siblings. If any part of this sounds familiar, I would appreciate hearing back.
