I am a Hough descendant and have some good information on the Ashland Co., OH Houghs. I have David Hough, born in 1834, son of John Hough (1807-1863, born PA) and Susie Echelberger (b. 1812). My great grandparents ran the Hough-Echelberger annual family reunion in Ashland Co. OH in the 1920's and 1930's. David Hough had siblings Samuel Hough (1833), George Hough (1837), John Miller Hough (1843), and Henrietta Hough (1846). The father of the family, John Hough, is son of John Hough (1776-1862) and Hannah Miller (1780-1858) both of Maryland. I have more details on this line if you are interested.
