Isaac Hostetler I have Andrew ("And") Hostetler with wife, Ann Eliza, in the 1870 US Census for German Twp., Fayette. They have children, Ida, James, John, George. However Andrew's age is listed as 29 and Eliza's is 27. This sets their birth years, respectively, at 1841 and 1843. This is at odds with the ages listed for Andrew and Analias in the 1900 census. BTW, the name Gilbert Andrew (my g grandfather) had a daughter named Ida Mae (m. Sutter), apparently named after his sister.
