How would a person make contact with Ronald Hall and Toni Lowe? I have an ancestor (Umphress-of many-spellings) who was granted land in 1827 Carroll County adjoining Will Horton's land and later married Sarah then Martha Horton. It turns out, the land lot is the same one that is now where the County Courthouse now stands, according to the Carroll County Historical Society. Perhaps these are the persons that can break through my "brick wall".
