Half of those attending are from the southeast and the other half are from many other states. Attendees descend from different Hortons and this makes for a good share and swap time. On July 21st Thursday night, we will meet together so that we can introduce ourselves and tell what ancestors we are researching. On Friday we do research in archives or libraries. On Saturday, we visit historical sites and cemeteries. Saturday night is our good bye supper and more sharing of what we have found during our research, etc. Each year it is a different mix of people, but some attend every year.
