Born in West Bend, Wis., he lived here from 1941 to 1978 and returned in 2000 from Anchorage, Alaska, when he retired as an orthopedic surgeon. He was a member of St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Tammy J.; three sons, Michael and David, both of Treasure Island, and Christopher Jr., Anchorage; a daughter, Cindy Addison, Middleburg; a brother, Michael, Pensacola; and three grandchildren.
