I believe the Ancestry.com site will let you do this sort of search; I don't have a subscription to check though. I never finished putting the printed index I have for 1850 into my data base. There is a Harry in Syracuse, Onondaga Co. on p.209 but I believe the index is just 'Head of Household' and not complete at that. Have you tried writing the Boonville library? They often have copies of the local census, possibly even the NY State census records which are great for finding those in-between moves? Hope this helps. Good Luck, M.B.
