James D. Horton HORTON, JAMES D. Born September 9, 1919 and passed away on November 19, 2002. James is survived by his wife Lee, 4 sons and his grandchildren. He served honorably in World War II and retired from McClellan A.F.B. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, November 21st at Russ Monroe's Village Chapel , Fair Oaks.
