I am trying to find if there is someone who knows about a Daniel Horton who was born about 1785-90 in NC. This Daniel married Elizabeth (Polly or Mary) Clark in Elizabethtown, Hardin Co., KY in 1817. Her father, Thomas Clark signed for her. I can't find them again until they show up in the 1850 census for Madison Co., MO with several children. It has been suggested that he, Daniel, may be the son of Reuben and Rosamond Horton of NC and KY. Anyone who can connect Reuben and Daniel, PLEASE, contact me. Any hints or suggestions as to how I can find out where Daniel and Mary were until 1850 will be greatly appreciated also. Thano you. Marilyn Orr
