Today, Sept. 16th, I returned my DNA kit. I have requested, and paid for the full 37 marker DNA. Their correspondence indicated it would take five to seven weeks for the results to be returned. I would be willing to send a copy of the results to anyone who would like a copy. Drop me an email and I will put you on the list. My best to all of you and hope to see many of you at the Joseph Horton re-union in Hillsville, VA October 1st. Tom Thomas W. Horton P.O. Box 240 Glen Mills, PA 19342
Hi Tom. It seems the results are in and we have a 25marker match with a 2 marker distance. I'm not about the technical part of all this. One of my goals has been to confirm or reject the brotherly relationship between my ancestor, Barnabas HORTON of Southold, NY, and Thomas HORTON of Springfield, Mass. I believe we will eventually connect *your* Abraham HORTON back to Thomas HORTON of Springfield, Mass and our Y-DNA match MAY go further to confirm the brotherly relationship I mentioned above. Please keep in touch and I'm very interested in any updates. Best, Mike J. Horton 51027. 10am ET ..........................
