    1. [HORTON] Stone/Horton book

    3. Is anyone familiar with the following book? The description does not mention Ohio as a location (directly). My HORTON, Daniel Bent HORTON married Susan Esther Stone, daughter of Benjamin Franklin STONE, in the 1840's in Belpre, Washington County, OH. I know it is the same STONE line because I have that traced all the way back to the 1500's. But there were several BF STONES. If anyone is familiar with this book, I am interested in knowing if it is the same line (Ohio) and if so where I might buy a copy. Thanks, Kris <[email protected]> Title: B.F. Stone, his ancestors & his descendants, 1592-1980 Author: Stone, Betty Meland (Main Author) Notes Includes Gage, Horton, Ingersoll, Kimball, Merrill, Warren and related families. Gregory Stone (1592-1672) immigrated from England to Cambridge, Massachusetts. Descendants lived in New England, Indiana, Michigan, Washington, California and elsewhere. >

    3. Kris, Do you know whether or not any of the Stones and Hortons mentioned in the book lived in Russell Co or southwestern VA? My gg-grandfather, Martin Stone married Nancy Horton. Their families' farms adjoined at Mabe, Scott Co, VA.
