They had 10 children Rubie Horton b.11-9-1910 d. 2-1996 she married Robert Everhart they had 1 child that I know of Kenith Everhart b.9-12-1936 in Brown Co.,Tx. Linnie Horton married William Purcell they had 1 child that I know of William Mattison Purcell b.1932 in Brown Co.,Tx. My grandmother Odessa Horton b.9-19,1913 in Hico,Tx d.4-23-1997 she was married to Dee J. Baumgardner in 1931 in Fredonia, TX. their children Sam b.1937, Bobby b.1935, June Dee b.1931and died at birth, Jim Curtis b.1933, Nora Laverne b.Nov.1940, Jimmi DeAnn b. Nov.1955 and Edna Evonn b.12-11-52 in Brown Co.,Tx. Odessa was also married to Charles Burch and George Lindley. Mary Horton married a man with the surname Davis, Robbie Horton married a man with surname of Sheffler. Ruthy Horton, Dolly Horton, Charles Pink or Pickney Horton, Robert Horton and Leslie Ho! rton. I have a Jesse M. Horton {age 42} married to Sarah Ann {age 36}and living in Kent co., Grattan then Wyoming Twp. MI in 1850 then 1860 cen. with daughter Dill age 3. In the 1870 census it lists Jesse as Jessy M. Norton age 48 with wife Augusta age 27 and child Dell. age 12. In the 1880 census they have moved on to Reynolds twp., Montcalm Co., MI . 'Dell' has married and left home and it lists; Jesse M. Horton age 58 Augusta '' age 35 Jennie '' age 5 Nora '' age 2 Jesse and his first wife were both born in Canada. as was Jesse's mother, Jesse's father was b. in PA and Augusta and parents were all from NY.
