The only thing I can tell you is that the Hortons of Morristown, NJ from my records show only that they were from Southold, Suffolk Co NY and trace directly to Barnabas1 Horton. I do not show a George W. Horton there, but almost always, the records are incomplete as this is a work in progress. There was in Morristown, NJ a Elijah Horton and a Penelope Horton (separate entries) that married a Swayze. Do you know the parents of the George W. Horton you listed? Perry
