I descend from Solomon Horton that I believe is a son of Daniel Brissell Horton Sr., I want to apply to DAR but I feel that the information I have linking Solomon to Daniel is weak. I got the information from the internet citing a book written by 1892 by William Gardner Horton. A copy of this is with the McMinn Co TN historical society. I was wondering if you had any other information proving the children of Daniel Brissell Horton, SR., Thanks for your time.
