I'm afraid my Alfred came from England around the age of 20 and was a trained optomotrist. He married and lived in New Haven, CT for a few years having had one son, my Grandfather Thomas. Alfred died at the age of 23. His son knows nothing about him except that he came from England as a yound man. Thomas grew up and came to live in New Britain, CT where he lived for the rest of his life. My mother lived there all her life and I was born there.
