Apparently my ggrandfather, William Henry Fox referred to the girls as his cousins and my grandmother was in touch with the son of Mabel Marriot, Durose, I am really interested to find out where Millicent Fox Marriot fits in. As far as I can see she is not of the Marriot clan, her birth is registered as Millicent Fox Marriot but she disappears from the census in 1881, b about 1878 I think, and reappears in 1891 with the Marriots. William Henry Fox's father was a soldier and died in India, did Millicent 's father and mother die abroad.
