He was b. 1803 and Mary was b. 1805, and I assume in Greenup County. His father may have been John Clark and Mary's father may have been William Horsley. Isaac and Mary Clark moved to Cole County, MO and are found there in the 1830 census. In 1840 they are in Pulaski County, MO. They had nine children: John b. 1825, Sarah b. 1828, Manda J. b. 1830, George W. b. 1832, Mary Ann b. 1835, Cyntha Ann b. 1835, Andrew J. b 1842, James M. b. 1844, and Benjamin F. b. 1847. Isaac and Mary moved to Carroll County, AR in abt. 1843, apparently for health reasons. They both died in AR in 1850 from consumption. Some of their children may have died young also. The only children I can find in the 1870 census records are John Clark in Camden County, MO, Cyntha Ann (Clark) Pinkston in Camden County, MO and James M. Clark in Laclede County, MO. If anyone has information regarding the parents of Isaac Clark and/or Mary Horsley I would be most appreciative.
