There was a Thomas Hillman in Somerset at the same time as Isaac Horsey. Although sometimes Horsley got misspelled as Horsey and vice versa, the two families were distinct in Maryland by the later 1600's and not thought to be related. (Given some of the early to mid-1600's records in Maryland and Virginia, I wouldn't be surprised if they actually were somehow related, but so far all I've got are hints and clues with no hard proof for that hunch.
