Hello I am looking for a Moses Horner he was originally from NY. However, he moved to West Virginia. I have found him in 1930 in Ritche County Pennsboro Township WV. He was 62 then. This is my Father in Law any help would be great, My father in law has altzimers and he would love to learn a little about his father before he can't remember. His father died early in his life.
