Dear NJ Horners; I am researching Barzillia Horner's parents. He was born in NJ in 1812. He married in Burlington Co., NJ to Elizabeth Lee (d/o Thomas Lee) Her sister also married a Lee. I suspect he may be s/o Charles & Alice ? Horner, because he named his 1st son Charles & his fist daughter, Lucrecia. This Charles had a brother who was named Barzillia also & they were sons of Benjamin & Lucrecia Hopkins Horner. I am trying to confirm this as I have a family reunion at end of Sept. in Indiana regarding this family. Is any of this familiar to you? Barzillia Horner is my gg-grandfather. This branch of Horners have been very elusive, but he put on his 2nd marriage record, in his old age, that his parents were John & Rachael Horner from Ireland. I cannot find any Irish Horners.
