The Oct. 4th 1879 marriage certificate gives all of the pertinent info regarding this Isham. The family can be found on the 1870 census of Patrick Co., VA (Ancestry image 7), where Isham B. Hooker is listed as 10 yrs. old. Are you speaking of John in KY married to malissa?? - Isham is on the subject line???? The subject line says Isham to Louisa? This John (b 1792 in TN) might be another cousin - he is not one of our 6 brothers, though - we know where our John was from 1815-1879.ANd you know where JOhn b c 1797 in VA was in 1830-50 and 1870.
