These are all listed on the 1850 Franklin Co.,AL census and do not appear again that we can find. Jackson seems to be A J or Andrew Jackson - like some of the other males in the 6 brothers line - the others are all names used inthe 6 brothers line of Hookers (most b in NC between 1777-1780s). There may be an older brother to these 5 listed above: Wm Hooker (b c 1832) and out of the house at this point. Their single parent is listed as "Micheal" and might be "Michal" Kent who was wife to Seth Hooker probable son of Wm Hooker (b c late 1770s in NC) who moved into Franklin Co.,AL c 1818 from TN. Seth was b TN c 1805-1810. He married in Lawrence Co.,AL as did his older brother Robert, and Seth married a lady named Michal; she was b VA so this might be a mistake in gender for "Micheal" in 1850, as I stated before. Another probable older brother is the Samuel N Hooker in Lawrence Co., AL in 1830 - later seeming to move to Yazoo MS by 1850. The marriage date (Dec 1831) for Seth and Michal corresponds with these children and allows for a possible older son nmaed after Seth's father, Wm. Has anyone out there seen any of these males who would be these ages and b AL? Celeste test'; "> ____________________________________________________________________________________ Cheap talk?
