The Robert Hucker listed on the Hooker DNA site is the one from MD - you could try and get in touch with that submitter and see if Prisciilla is in his line. I have written this submiter and the "Hucker" spelling in that first generation is sort of under investigation. The Samuel Hooker (b c 1783 in NC) is Tony Hooker's line, but Tony is related to Samuel through Samuels' grand-daughter. His male/yDNA line is through an Elijah Washington Hooker who looks to be related to the MD Hookers acording to this DNA profile.
